Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
- Assist in food preparation and presentation to ensure quality standards are met
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS for accurate cash handling and transactions
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders efficiently, and addressing inquiries promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food handling and safety compliance
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers quickly without compromising quality




- Support team members with serving food, restocking supplies, and ensuring smooth daily operations

Requirements

- Previous barista experience or food service background is highly desirable
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar cash register technology
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations swiftly
- Knowledge of food safety standards, proper food handling procedures, and hygiene practices
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
- Experience in serving, food preparation, or general food industry roles is a plus
