Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and organized Front Desk Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, handling front counter sales, scheduling appointments, answering calls, and ensuring a smooth day-to-day operation of the shop.

Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone
- Schedule appointments for tire services and graphics work
- Process invoices, payments, and work orders
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area
- Communicate effectively with technicians and the graphics team
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate product/service information
- Assist with inventory tracking and ordering supplies as needed

Skills

- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency (POS systems, email, spreadsheets)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Previous experience in automotive, tire,



or service industry is an asset but not required
- Positive attitude and reliable work ethic
