Duties

- Assist with food preparation by chopping, assembling ingredients, and supporting cooking processes under supervision
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen work areas, utensils, and equipment in accordance with food safety standards
- Support cooking activities by following recipes and instructions from chefs or senior staff
- Serve customers efficiently by taking orders, delivering food promptly, and ensuring a positive dining experience
- Handle food safely by practicing proper hygiene, storage, and handling procedures at all times
- Restock supplies and ensure the kitchen is well-organized for smooth operations during service hours




- Provide friendly assistance to guests, answer questions about menu items, and promote a welcoming atmosphere
- Preferred languages: English, Mandarin & Cantonese

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and basic meal preparation techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with a friendly attitude toward customers and team members
- Basic understanding of food safety standards and hygiene practices
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and perform cleaning duties as needed
- A proactive mindset with a desire to develop skills in cooking, serving, and the food industry

Pay: $18.25-$21.00 per hour
