The John McGivney Children’s Centre School Authority is seeking to hire qualified candidates for the following position:

POSITIONS

- Lunch Aide Position (11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.) Monday - Friday

DUTIES

- Assist school staff in the classroom and lunchroom with young students with special needs.
- Perform duties of personal care for students, including feeding, lifting, and toileting.
- Other duties as assigned by the Principal.
- Preference given to persons that have worked with students in a special education setting.
- Proven ability to follow directions, policies and procedures in an appropriate and timely manner.
- Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. comfortably.

Prerequisites: Must provide a Vulnerable Sector Check
