We are seeking a Senior Finance Operations Analyst to join our Finance team and support the financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and accounting operations of our residential rental portfolio. This role plays a critical part in delivering timely financial insights, supporting decision-making, and partnering with Operations, Asset Management, Operations Support, and Financial Reporting teams across multiple regions.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

- Prepare and review monthly NOI reporting and variance analysis, including actual-to-budget, year-over-year, and forecast-to-budget comparisons across multiple regions with commentary on key trends and variances.
- Provide financial reporting, analysis, and insights to Operations Leadership, Asset Management, Operations Support, and Financial Reporting stakeholders to support informed decision-making
- Review property-level financial results, accruals, reconciliations, and supporting analyses to ensure accuracy, completeness,



and consistency across the portfolio.
- Partner with Operations, Procurement, and Asset Management teams to investigate and resolve discrepancies related to vendor contracts, contracted jobs, purchase orders, and property-level expenses.
- Prepare payroll-related analyses and reporting, including workforce cost trends and budget-to-actual variance explanations.
- Support annual property budgeting and periodic forecasting processes through financial analysis, assumption validation, and consolidation of information from multiple regions.
- Review month-end close activities, account reconciliations, accruals, and CAPEX reporting, ensuring financial information is complete and accurately reflected in reporting.
- Partner with Operations, Procurement, Asset Management, and Financial Reporting to investigate discrepancies, improve reporting accuracy, and identify opportunities to enhance processes, controls, and data quality.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED?

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA designation preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting, financial reporting, financial analysis, or finance operations.
- Strong knowledge of accrual accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Power Query; experience with Yardi property management software is required.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across Finance, Operations, Procurement, FP&A;,



and other business functions.
- Experience in real estate, property management, or residential rental operations is required.
