North 42 Degrees Estate Winery is looking for an experienced and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. We are a busy estate winery and restaurant known for fresh, locally inspired cuisine that complements our award-winning wines. Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items consistently according to recipes and presentation standards.
- Set up and maintain your station for service.
- Work efficiently during busy lunch, dinner, and event services.
- Ensure food quality, portioning, and plating meet North 42's standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment.
- Follow all food safety and health regulations.
- Assist with prep, inventory, and kitchen closing duties as needed.
- Work collaboratively with chefs and fellow kitchen team members.

Qualifications

- 2+ years of line cook experience in a professional kitchen (restaurant, winery, or similar environment preferred).
- Strong understanding of cooking techniques, timing, and station management.
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, rapid-paced service.




- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.
- Food Handler Certification is an asset.
