About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Estimator to join our collision repair team. This is an entry-level to early-career position suited for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and interested in learning the estimating and repair planning side of the collision industry.

The Junior Estimator will assist with vehicle check-ins, damage inspections, photo documentation, estimate preparation, parts research, customer updates, and administrative support throughout the repair process.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers and assist with vehicle intake.
- Inspect vehicles and help identify visible collision damage.
- Take clear photos and document damage thoroughly.
- Assist in preparing preliminary estimates using estimating software such as Mitchell, Audatex, or CCC.
- Support senior estimators with blueprinting and repair planning.
- Communicate with customers, insurance companies, parts suppliers, and internal team members.
- Help verify repair procedures, parts pricing, and labour operations.
- Assist with supplements when additional damage is discovered.
- Track estimate status, approvals, and parts updates.
- Maintain accurate records, notes, photos, and repair documentation.
- Help coordinate vehicle flow between estimating, production, and administration.
- Follow OEM repair procedures and company standards.
- Provide professional,



timely customer service.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in automotive, collision repair, customer service, parts, or estimating is an asset.
- Willingness to learn collision estimating and repair planning.
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Comfortable using computers, tablets, email, and estimating systems.
- Good communication skills with customers, insurers, and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced shop environment.
- Basic understanding of vehicle parts and repair processes is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license preferred.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
