As a Meal Advisor, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the dining experience for our customers. Duties

- Utilize phone etiquette to handle inquiries and take orders efficiently.
- Process transactions accurately through cashiering duties.
- Upsell additional items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a pleasant dining environment.
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during peak hours.
- Communicate clearly with team members to coordinate orders and service delivery.

Experience





- Previous experience in customer service is preferred, with a focus on food service environments being a plus.
- Strong phone etiquette skills to manage customer interactions professionally.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management.
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous for communicating with diverse clientele.
- A genuine interest in food and nutrition, along with the ability to communicate effectively about meal options.
