Part time French and Math Tutors – Grades 1–12

Scholars of Mississauga Central is hiring part-time tutors for French and Mathematics. We prefer a tutor who can teach both subjects; however, candidates who specialize in either French or Math are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

- Teach French, Math, or both to students in Grades 1–12
- Support students with coursework, assignments, tests, and exams
- Teach small groups of up to three students
- Adapt instruction to individual learning needs

Requirements

- Strong knowledge of French, Math, or both
- Confidence teaching your subject up to Grade 12
- Strong English communication skills
- Previous teaching or tutoring experience is preferred
- OCT certification is an asset but not required
- A satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Check is required

Availability

Minimum two shifts per week:

- Monday to Friday: 3:00–8:00 p.m.
- Saturday: 9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
