As a key ambassador of our brand, you'll educate customers on product features, usage, and safety, all while maintaining compliance with industry regulations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine your passion for wellness with your flair for retail sales in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products tailored to their needs and preferences
- Provide detailed product information, including effects, dosages, and consumption methods
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling and transactions
- Upsell complementary products to enhance customer experience and sales volume
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure product availability on the sales floor
- Handle some lifting when restocking shelves or managing inventory shipments
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding cannabis sales and documentation
- Document customer interactions and transactions clearly using computer skills and Microsoft Office tools as needed




- Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the store front, and organizing product storage areas
- Support team leadership by demonstrating excellent communication skills and contributing to a positive work environment

Experience

- Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially within hospitality or customer service sectors
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and computer operation is preferred
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a busy setting
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Excel for inventory tracking or reporting is advantageous
- Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting and standing for extended periods throughout shifts
- Excellent communication skills to educate customers clearly while ensuring compliance with all safety protocols
- Experience in merchandising, upselling techniques, and customer service excellence will set you apart

A SellSafe License is required to work in the Cannabis Industry.

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
