Duties

- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately assemble components.
- Perform MIG (Metal Inert Gas) welding to join metal parts securely while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment such as calipers, schematics, and other measuring devices to ensure precise assembly.
- Conduct rigging operations involving cranes or forklifts to move heavy materials safely within the workspace.
- Assemble mechanical parts, or structural elements following detailed instructions and schematics.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area while adhering to safety protocols related to welding,



machining, and construction environments.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in welding (MIG), assembly, or manufacturing environments with a focus on metal fabrication.
- Mechanical knowledge of machinery including cranes, forklifts, and hand tools.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations necessary for precise assembly.
- Familiarity with rigging techniques and construction experience is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures related to welding, machining, ductwork installation, and use of power tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail; ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.

Pay: $27.00-$30.00 per hour
