About the Role

We are seeking a Rollout Specialist / Implementation Specialist to support pharmacy store teams across Quebec as they transition to a new application.

In this role, you will provide hands-on implementation support, user training, application validation, and troubleshooting to ensure each pharmacy location is fully prepared and operational on the new system.

You will work closely with store teams, operations leaders, technical support teams, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and successful application rollout at each location.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the implementation and rollout of a new application across pharmacy locations in Quebec.
- Provide hands-on training and guidance to pharmacy/store employees.
- Assist users during the transition and provide on-site support during go-live activities.
- Validate application workflows and ensure processes are functioning as expected.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate application issues to the appropriate technical support teams.
- Work closely with operations and technical teams to resolve implementation issues.
- Document implementation activities, issues, resolutions, validation results, and user feedback.
- Communicate effectively with store teams, management, and project stakeholders.
- Adapt quickly to changing rollout schedules and store requirements.




- Work independently while managing multiple implementation activities.
- Travel frequently across Quebec, approximately 80% of the time.
- Work evenings, weekends, and variable schedules when required based on store conversion timelines.

Mandatory Qualifications

- Strong French and English bilingual proficiency, both written and verbal.
- Experience supporting application implementations, system rollouts, or technology transitions.
- Strong experience training and supporting users during system changes.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced rollout workplace.
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 80% across Quebec.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and variable hours as required.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in a retail pharmacy environment.
- Experience with pharmacy management systems such as Kroll.
- Experience supporting multi-location implementations or large-scale system rollouts.
- Experience working with technical support teams and business/operations stakeholders.

Pay: $90,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
