Summary
We are seeking a Human Resources Recruiter to join our dynamic team in the Canada. In this pivotal role, you will contribute to our mission by managing HR functions that support our growing workforce and enhance employee engagement.
Responsibilities
- Identifies screening criteria and screens pre-qualified candidates
- Monitors and tracks candidate pipeline and ensures it is adequate to meet the requirements of the open positions
- Provides feedback on candidates to hiring managers, agencies and/or directly to candidates
- Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements
- Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications
- Extends and negotiates offers, managing subsequent employment contract generation
- Communicates results and organizes start dates with candidate
- Consistently meets or exceeds high volume staffing metrics on a weekly basis
- Ensures the recruitment process life cycle is completed in a fast, efficient and professional manner at all times, minimizing the time to hire
- Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media,
- Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment prospect.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with performance management processes is preferred.
- Bilingual in Mandarin and English
