Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Full-Time Pizza Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, a strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, and a dedication to delivering exceptional quality in every dish.

This is a high volume establishment with large quantity of pizza making. Candidate must have experience in hand stretch pizza.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare pizza dough and toppings according to recipes and standards.
- Hand-stretch and toss dough to create perfectly shaped pizza bases.
- Sauce and top pizzas with precision, ensuring even distribution of toppings.
- Operate pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.




- Monitor oven temperatures and cooking times to ensure pizzas are cooked to perfection.
- Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and ordering supplies as needed.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a pizza cook or similar role in a restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, including pizza-making techniques and ingredients.
- Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality food.
- Team player with good communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Food handler's certificate or willingness to obtain one.

Job Type: Full-time- Part time

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
