Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dependable 1A or equivalent Truck Driver to join our transportation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating commercial trucks to transport freight and other materials across various locations. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic setting, ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining safety and compliance standards. Candidates with experience in heavy equipment operation and automotive repair are highly valued.

We are hiring for our dry van division and flatbed division.

Oversize freight also available with incentives depending on applicants experience.

US Capable preferred but we also have Canada wide work available.

Duties

- Safely operate commercial trucks to deliver freight to designated destinations, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure proper functioning and safety standards are met
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, shipping documents, and vehicle records




- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients regarding delivery schedules and any issues encountered during transit
- Perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting when necessary to ensure vehicle readiness

Qualifications

- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a respectable driving record
- Experience in commercial driving, heavy equipment operation, or related fields preferred
- Knowledge of forklift operation and freight handling procedures is a plus
- Ability to perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting is desirable
- Strong attention to safety protocols and compliance standards
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Must be able to pass a drug test.

This position is integral to our logistics operations, requiring professionalism, safety consciousness, and reliability from all drivers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $33.00 per hour
