About Us

Zumel & Co is a women’s fashion boutique on West Queen West in Toronto. Since 2014, we’ve been one of the city’s favourite destinations for trend-forward style and a personalized shopping experience.

What You’ll Do

- Open/close the store and oversee operations during your shift
- Lead sales floor activities and motivate the team
- Achieve individual sales goals
- Assist with Clientelling and Social Media
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve client concerns
- Assist with training, inventory, and merchandising
- Handle POS, cash floats, and deposits

What We’re Looking For

- 1+ year retail/customer service (fashion retail preferred)
- 1+ year fashion retail sales
- Leadership experience (or interest in stepping up)
- Robust communicator,



reliable, and customer-focused
- Must have full weekend availability + at least two weekdays
- Full Availability Preferred
