Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Worker to provide exceptional in-home support to individuals in need of assistance. Responsibilities

- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to enhance comfort and independence
- Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary requirements and assist with feeding if necessary
- Administer medications accurately following prescribed schedules and document all medication activities diligently
- Support clients with mobility and transfer tasks, including heavy lifting when required, ensuring safety at all times
- Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of loneliness and promote mental well-being
- Perform light housekeeping duties such as cleaning, laundry,



and organizing living spaces to maintain a protected environment
- Monitor health status and report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals promptly

Requirements

- Prior experience in assisted living, nursing homes, hospice care, or home care settings is highly preferred
- Demonstrated experience working with individuals with disabilities or dementia care needs
- Strong patient care skills with a compassionate approach to caregiving
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when assisting clients with mobility or transfers
- Knowledge of medication administration procedures and safety protocols
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow detailed care plans
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
