Position Overview
The primary responsibility of this role is to keep projects on budget and on schedule. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to a major current commercial project starting in September, where you will take ownership of the dayto-day management and ensure the project continues to move forward efficiently. You will coordinate consultants, contractors, procurement, approvals, documentation, and project decisions, staying several weeks and months ahead rather than reacting to issues as they arise. You will work closely with AMC leadership, the site superintendent, and the Project Coordinator, acting as the key point of contact between the office, site, consultants, and trades. This role requires someone who can run a project independently, hold the wider team accountable, and identify and resolve issues before they impact cost, schedule, or quality. You should be proactive, organized, and comfortable taking ownership of decisions and driving projects through to completion.
