1 DAY® is growing throughout the U.S. and Canada, and we're looking for motivated sales reps who want to earn strong commissions today while building toward a Territory Manager position with profit-sharing potential. Floor refinishing is our primary service, but experience selling roofing, flooring, siding, or general renovation services is just as relevant for this role.

You'll work only with pre-qualified leads, so there is no cold calling. Each sales rep can expect around 60 pre-screened leads per month, with approximately half turning into scheduled in-home quotes. During each appointment, you'll measure, provide pricing, present the solution, and close the sale, with a target close rate of 50–60% across all appointments. Commissions are $500–$700 per job, with average monthly earnings ranging from $7,500 to $11,000. Top-performing reps can advance to our profit-sharing track.

What you'll do:

- Conduct in-home sales presentations and estimates
- Measure projects, set pricing, and close deals using our sales tools
- Transfer sold projects to our vetted contractor teams

Qualifications:

- 2–3+ years of sales experience in home improvement
- Ability to measure projects, price jobs, and close sales face-to-face
- Reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license
- Familiarity with CRM systems and scheduling apps
- Solid communication skills and consistent follow-through
