Join our dynamic team as a full-time Medical Esthetician and Laser Technician, where your expertise will help clients achieve their skincare and aesthetic goals through personalized treatments and advanced laser procedures. Duties

- Perform a variety of medical esthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and body waxing with precision and care - ability to do pedicures is a great plus.
- Conduct laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and other laser-based procedures safely and effectively using state-of-the-art equipment.
- Provide excellent guest services by listening to client needs, explaining treatment options clearly, and ensuring a comfortable experience.
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care to maximize results.




- Assist with retail sales by demonstrating products, conducting product demos, upselling relevant treatments or skincare lines, and promoting ongoing client engagement.
- Maintain strict sanitation standards throughout all treatments in compliance with health regulations.

Requirements

- Valid state licensure as a Medical Esthetician or Cosmetologist with additional certification in laser technology.
- Proven experience performing esthetic treatments such as facials, waxing (including body waxing and nail care.
- Strong communication skills to effectively educate clients and promote services confidently.
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe treatment environment at all times.
- Ability to upsell products and services tactfully while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
- Passion for the beauty industry with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
