We are seeking a reliable and knowledgeable Auto Parts Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, helping them find the right automotive components, providing accurate price quotes, and processing transactions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Support & Sales: Answer incoming phone calls promptly and assist walk-in or phone-in customers with expert auto parts knowledge.
- Order Processing: Take orders accurately, handle customer inquiries regarding online orders, and ensure the correct parts are identified and supplied.
- Cash Handling & Transactions: Process sales transactions smoothly, operate the register, and manage money accurately.
- Quoting: Provide timely and competitive price quotes for various automotive parts.
- Inventory Guidance: Leverage deep familiarity with auto parts to troubleshoot customer needs and recommend the proper components.

Qualifications & Skills

- A genuine auto parts enthusiast with a strong foundational knowledge of automotive systems, terminology, and parts,



or a quick learner with a deep personal interest in cars who is eager to master our inventory.
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or an auto parts environment preferred.
- Basic math skills and experience handling cash and POS (Point of Sale) transactions.
- Strong reading, writing, and comprehension skills to easily understand parts manuals, process online orders, and communicate effectively with customers.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional telephone demeanor.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Hours & Schedule

- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Part-time hours with potential for fluctuation).
- Flexibility: Candidates must be willing to stay past 12:00 PM on occasion, depending on daily workload and business volume.

Pay: $15.50-$17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 20.0 per week
