Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and licensed Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in automotive repair and maintenance, with a strong focus on customer service and technical proficiency. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles, ensuring safety and quality standards are met. The Automotive Technician will work in a dynamic environment that values expertise, efficiency, and professionalism to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities

- Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of vehicles using advanced tools and equipment
- Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, brake repairs, tire rotations, and fluid replacements
- Utilize schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues
- Operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other specialized machinery safely and effectively
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area to ensure a safe working environment
- Assist with vehicle assembly or disassembly as needed for repairs or upgrades
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair needs, timelines, and vehicle status
- Adhere to dealership or company standards for quality workmanship and customer satisfaction

Skills





- Proven dealership or mechanic experience with a strong background in automotive repair
- Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems including brakes, suspension, and electrical components
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and schematics interpretation
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during repair procedures
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in diagnosing issues accurately
- Strong customer service skills to ensure positive interactions with clients
- Experience with vehicle maintenance routines and assembly tasks
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $50.00-$55.00 per hour
