ELITE EXCAVATING INC. is a COR-certified construction company that employs those who are reliable, hardworking and have a positive attitude. We are currently looking to add Heavy Equipment Operators and Skid Steer Operators to join our skilled team.

Requirements:

- Must have at least 3 years of experience operating heavy equipment if applying for a Heavy Equipment Operator
- Must have at least 2 years of experience operating a skid steer if applying for a Skid Steer Operator
- Must be able to work up to 50 hours/week and overtime hours if applicable
- Must have a valid class 5 driver's licence
- Has strong verbal/written communication skills and ability to thrive working in a team environment
- Will respect and take care of company property
- Has the ability to complete daily safety documentation




- Must have transportation to and from job sites. The majority of job sites are within the City of Winnipeg limits, but might occasionally be in the surrounding areas
- Must have steel toed boots
- Must be in good physical health and condition in order to perform physically demanding job duties
