Job Title: Marketing & Business Development Executive

We specialize in general labour, skilled trades, healthcare, and administrative staffing solutions. We are currently seeking a driven and results-oriented Marketing & Business Development Executive to join our Mississauga office.

Key Responsibilities: Business Development

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to secure staffing contracts.
- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to understand client needs and ensure service excellence.

Marketing & Outreach

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote staffing services.
- Create content for digital platforms (social media, website, email campaigns) to boost brand awareness.
- Represent the company at networking events, job fairs, and industry functions.




- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize outreach strategies.

Client & Market Research

- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential business sectors.
- Provide input on pricing strategies, service offerings, and brand positioning.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development (staffing/recruitment industry preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp, LinkedIn).
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are assets (for client visits and events).
