Full-Time Nanny / Family Assistant – Spruce Grove

We’re looking for a dedicated, flexible nanny who can bring structure, creativity, and calm energy to a busy household.

About the Role

- Full time, on-call position (typically one week on / one week off)
- Based in Spruce Grove, Alberta
- Provide childcare, household coordination, and support in a respectful, family-oriented environment
- Encourage learning, creativity, and daily routines with warmth and consistency
- Must be organized & tidy
- Basic household management.

Must Haves

- Valid Drivers License - 2 years minimum on winter roads.
- Speaks English
- Criminal Record Check
- Must be able to work efficiently with minimal instruction

Bonus Skills

- Speaks Spanish (even conversational level)
- Plays or teaches piano
- Holds CPR / First-Aid certification (or willing to renew)
- Excellent communication, organization,
