Key Responsibilities:

- Safely and efficiently operate commercial mowing equipment (stand-on zero-turns, walk-behinds, line trimmers, edgers, and blowers).
- Perform residential maintenance to exact standards (precise trimming, clean lawn edging, bed upkeep, and thorough property cleanups).
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip equipment and vehicle safety checks.




- Maintain a qualified, respectful presence when interacting with clients on site.
- Work collaboratively with crew members to complete daily scheduled routes efficiently.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Experience: 1+ years of professional lawn care/landscaping maintenance experience preferred. But we will train motivated applicants.
- Driver’s License: Preferred valid G Class Driver’s License with a clean driving record (ability to drive truck & trailer setups is a strong asset). Not a requirement.
- Work Ethic: Punctual, dependable, and possesses strong attention to detail.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, comfortably lift up to 50 lbs, and handle active daily labour.

Schedule & Hours:

- Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday (occasional Saturday during peak spring growth).
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week guaranteed minimum
- Must have own transportation or be able to meet at 16th Ave and McCowan Rd daily
