Festival City Adult Living Support Organization is a group of non profit adult living homes based in Stratford, Ontario. We are further expanding our agency looking for our recent team members!

As a member of our team you will be a professional dedicated to ensuring all of our adults are living a life of inclusion within their community. Assisting them in attending their schooling, community programming, work or volunteer experiences and social events, along with in home daily life skills development.

At Festival City Adult Living we strive to achieve person-centered care, individualizing our care and support specific to each individual we support and work to ensure we are enabling each individual Service User to become as functionally independent as they are able.

Qualifications





PSW or DSW qualifications or similar diploma/certificate

Valid Canadian Driver's Licence / Valid Automobile insurance

Able to work a variety of shifts including afternoons, evenings and weekends

Effective Interpersonal and Conflict Resolution Skills are an asset

Police Vulnerable Sector Check will be required

Experience working with adults (or children) of all ages with varying disabilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
