Job Summary

Source Electrical Services Ltd. is a busy and growing electrical contractor based in Kelowna, BC. We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to join our team immediately for long-term employment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee electrical installations from start to completion.
- Supervise and coordinate electricians and apprentices on site.
- Run jobs independently and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
- Coordinate materials, manpower, equipment, and site requirements.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
- Ensure compliance with current Canadian Electrical Code, BC regulations, and company safety standards.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide effective solutions in the field.
- Coordinate with customers, general contractors, suppliers, and other trades.
- Maintain a professional and positive working relationship with clients and team members.
- Complete required documentation, site reports, and project updates.




- Provide mentorship and direction to electricians and apprentices.

Qualifications & Experience

- Journeyman Electrician certification preferred.
- Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman, Lead Hand, or Electrical Supervisor.
- Strong knowledge of current electrical codes and installation practices.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Fire alarm experience is considered an asset.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Professional attitude with excellent attention to detail.
- Valid driver's licence.
- Willingness to travel for occasional out-of-town projects.
