We also manage XIPO, a unique Pre-IPO investment strategy providing investors with access to companies such as SpaceX, OpenAI, Anthropic, and other leading private technology companies before they go public.

We are looking for a highly technical Marketing Automation Specialist who will use AI, automation, and data intelligence to generate qualified leads for our external fund wholesaler team and help source pre-IPO investment opportunities from the global private markets ecosystem.

This is not a traditional marketing role. You will build automated prospecting systems using AI agents, workflow automation, CRM integrations, and outbound marketing tools to create a scalable lead generation platform.

The Opportunity

You'll work directly with the CEO and sales team to build an AI-driven marketing and business development engine across two core business lines:

1. Raise Capital for AIP Funds

- Generate qualified meetings and leads from:
- Financial Advisors
- Family Offices
- Investment Counsellors
- Broker Dealers
- Exempt Market Dealers
- Wealth Management Firms
- Multi-Family Offices
- Institutional Consultants

2. Source Pre-IPO Investment Opportunities

Identify and engage sellers of private company shares including:

- Venture Capital funds
- General Partners (GPs)
- Limited Partners (LPs)
- Private Equity funds
- Employees and early investors
- Secondary brokers




- Startup founders and executives

Your goal is to help AIP become the first call for both investors looking to access pre-IPO opportunities and shareholders looking to sell them.

What You'll Build

- AI Lead Generation Engine
- Build AI-powered prospecting systems that continuously identify recent qualified prospects.
- Create automated lead lists using LinkedIn, Crunchbase, PitchBook, Apollo, Clay, Perplexity, ChatGPT, Gemini, and other AI research tools.
- Develop AI agents that research prospects before outreach.
- Automate personalized outbound email and LinkedIn campaigns.
- Marketing Automation
- Design automated workflows using tools such as HubSpot and OpenAI.
- Create lead scoring models using AI.
- Build CRM automations that distribute leads to external wholesalers.
- Track campaign performance and continuously optimize conversion rates.

Required Skills:

- Experience with AI tools including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or similar.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Apollo etc.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales funnels.
- Experience creating outbound email and LinkedIn automation campaigns.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, and APIs.
- Excellent written communication skills.

- Creating dashboards showing lead quality, conversion rates, and wholesaler productivity.
