Landmark Engineering & Planning Ltd. (2004) is a Coquitlam, BC based civil engineering firm that specializes in municipal & land development throughout BC.

We are currently seeking a full-time civil engineering technologist to add to our team. Primarily working from our Coquitlam office, you will be actively involved in land development projects from start to finish.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Preliminary Planning & civil engineering design.
- Field Reviews.
- Construction management assistance.
- Liaision with clients, contractors, municipalities, government agencies and project consultants & firms.
- Potential other responsibilities include:
- Site investigations & construction inspections.
- Construction Project Management.

Skills and Experience:

- 2 – 5 years civil engineering design and AutoCAD drafting experience.
- Strong AutoCAD Civil3D skills.
- Knowledgeable in local municipal, provincial & federal regulations, bylaws & codes and have the ability to apply them to your civil design.
- Strong communication, organizational and design team skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritize & manage multiple assignments & projects and work both as a team & independently.
- Road, storm, sanitary & water design.
- Coordinate your civil design with other engineering disciplines.
- Project coordination,



contract administration and tendering process skills are an asset.
- Valid BC Drivers’ License.

Education and Training:

- Civil engineering technology diploma/certificate.
- Additional AutoCAD & Civil 3D training.
