Job Overview
Key West Ford is seeking dedicated and personable full time and part time Lot Attendants to join our team. This role involves maintaining the appearance and organization of the lot, assisting customers, and supporting daily operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dealership lot, including parking areas and display spaces
- Clean, wash and maintain vehicles on the lot
- Assist customers with vehicle inquiries and direct them appropriately
- Support vehicle movement and ensure proper placement on the lot
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times while working on the lot




- Support team members with additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications

- Previous dealership experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team, and be comfortable following verbal directions
- Valid class 5 driver’s license (N or full license) with a clean driving record
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and excellent interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
