We are seeking a dedicated and organized Service Appointment Coordinator to join our automotive dealership team. This role is vital in ensuring smooth scheduling of service appointments, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the overall efficiency of our service department. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of automotive repair processes, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused attitude. Experience in dealership operations, mechanics, or automotive sales is highly desirable. Responsibilities

- Manage and schedule service appointments for customers efficiently and accurately
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding their vehicle’s service needs and estimated completion times
- Upsell additional services or maintenance options when appropriate to enhance customer value
- Handle cash transactions and process payments securely and accurately
- Coordinate with technicians and service advisors to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Maintain detailed records of appointments, customer interactions, and service histories




- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Assist with inventory management related to parts or promotional materials as needed

Skills

- Proven experience in dealership environments or automotive service centers is preferred
- Solid mechanical knowledge or mechanic experience is a plus for better understanding of vehicle repairs
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Sales aptitude with the ability to upsell services tactfully and effectively
- Cash handling experience ensuring accuracy and security in transactions
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Organizational skills to manage scheduling systems and maintain detailed records
- Knowledge of automotive repair processes enhances communication with technicians and customers

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
