Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Part-Time Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will be the friendly face and helpful voice for our valued customers, ensuring their experience with iPoly is positive, efficient, and memorable. This position offers an energetic setting where your communication skills and hospitality mindset will shine.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional guest services in person and over the phone.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to products, orders, and general information
- Handle cash/interact transactions accurately during sales or service interactions




- Address customer concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary to ensure satisfaction
- Contribute to a team-oriented atmosphere by collaborating effectively with colleagues and supporting store operations

Qualifications

- Proven customer service experience with a focus on customer satisfaction is an advantage.
- We are however willing to train the right candidate.
- Excellent communication skills combined with a friendly, energetic attitude
