Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry and possess a robust understanding of food handling, preparation, and safety practices. As a Cook, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality meals to our guests while maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Assist with inventory management, including ordering and stocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during meal service.
- Monitor food quality during preparation and presentation to ensure consistency.
- Help train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety practices.
- Assistance with dish washing.





Experience

- Previous experience in a food service workplace is required.
- Knowledge of food handling, meal preparation, and food safety regulations is essential.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team are necessary.
- A passion for cooking and creating delicious meals is highly valued.

- Cooking: 5 years (preferred)

- Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (required)
