We’re looking for a remote Territory Sales Representative in the industrial plastics and packaging industry in the Vancouver, BC area.

Our client is a leading manufacturer of polyethylene packaging products serving a diverse range of industrial and commercial customers. The company offers an opportunity to join an established team in a stable, supportive environment, with the ability to build customer relationships, develop new business, and grow sales within an assigned territory. The Territory Sales Representative will be responsible for managing an existing customer portfolio while actively developing new business opportunities.

Territory Sales Representative responsibilities:
· Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, referrals, and other sales activities
· Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships within the assigned territory
· Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales opportunities
· Work closely with internal teams to coordinate customer requirements and ensure timely delivery
· Monitor sales activity, pipeline development, and territory performance
· Consistently achieve and exceed established sales targets





The successful candidate has:
· At least 1 year of successful experience in industrial, manufacturing, or B2B sales
· Experience in plastics, packaging, polyethylene, or a related manufacturing environment is strongly preferred
· Existing contacts or relationships within the plastics or packaging industry are considered a strong asset
· Excellent communication, relationship-building, prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills
· A self-motivated, open-minded, and coachable approach, with a commitment to continuous learning
· A valid driver's license, access to a vehicle, and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory

Compensation and benefits:
· The discussed salary range is $60,000 - $65,000 plus uncapped commission plan.
· $100 per week expense allowance (tax free)
