We are seeking a dedicated and skilled General Laboure to join our dynamic team. This role offers exciting opportunities in a fast-paced industrial environment, supporting critical pipe installation projects across the U.S.

Job Overview

This is a field position that requires extensive travel to job sites in the United States. Candidates must have a valid Canadian passport and be able to cross the border legally. As a General Labourer, you will support our installation and construction teams by performing a variety of physical and technical tasks. You’ll work closely with experienced tradespeople and play an essential role in ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

- Assist skilled trades with hydraulic and piping installation tasks.
- Perform general labor duties such as lifting, carrying materials, and cleaning work areas.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Load and unload materials and equipment.
- Set up and organize work areas and tools as needed.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Qualifications & Skills

- Valid Canadian passport and ability to travel to the U.S. without restrictions.




- Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with tools and equipment.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs or more and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong team-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment.
- Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, or maintenance is an asset but not required.
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely.

Working Conditions

- This is a field position that requires travel to job sites across the U.S.
- Work in industrial settings, outdoors, and at heights, often in varying weather conditions.
- Physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available for a 6-week on / 1-week off work rotation.
- Paid travel and $40 USD per diem per night away from home.
