Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Installer to join our team. Window and Door Installers are responsible for installing and/or replacing Maritime Door & Window finished product using hand and power tools. Robust communication skills are required to regularly communicate with both customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

- Install windows and doors as per the company’s standard and customer needs
- Oversee and maintain truck inventory and cleaning, and other supplies as needed
- Responsible for following company guidelines for quality installation for proper function – insulation, proper caulking, and other requirements
- Responsible for handling and proper use of tools and ensuring proper maintenance
- Check for workmanship - explain to the customer how they work and make sure it functions properly
- Finish work (trim)
- Work in a safe and conscientious manner
- Enjoy working independently and working with other team members
- Assist in training new employees
- Be someone that takes pride in doing a great job
- Work in a fast-paced,

Requirements

- Knowledge of Carpentry and use of tools
- General construction knowledge a must
- Good judgement
- Organized and Meet deadlines
- Autonomy
- Measurement Knowledge
- Good manual skills
- Be a person who excels in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Maintain safe work practices; must be Health & Safety Conscious
- Must be detail-oriented and read a measuring tape
- Understand the quality of producing an excellent product
- Willing to learn and participate in training programs
- Class 5 driver’s license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
