GlacierFlow Plumbing & Heating Ltd. is a growing Calgary-based plumbing and HVAC company focused on providing professional, honest, and high-quality service to homeowners.

We are looking for a motivated HVAC Apprentice to join our team and specialize initially in furnace cleaning, furnace maintenance, and residential duct cleaning, with opportunities to develop into broader HVAC service and installation work.

What You'll Do

- Perform residential and commercial furnace cleaning and maintenance
- Complete air duct and vent cleaning
- Clean furnace components, blower assemblies, filters, and accessible internal components
- Inspect furnaces and HVAC systems and identify potential issues
- Perform basic furnace troubleshooting and tune-ups
- Maintain and operate duct-cleaning and HVAC equipment safely
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and explain work performed
- Recommend additional service when legitimate issues are identified
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and equipment
- Follow company safety procedures and service standards
- Complete job documentation and photos through our field-service software
- Assist senior technicians with HVAC repairs, installations, and maintenance as skills develop

What We're Looking For





- HVAC/Gasfitter apprentice or someone actively pursuing a career in HVAC
- Previous furnace or duct-cleaning experience is an asset
- Basic understanding of residential HVAC systems
- Comfortable working in attics, basements, crawl spaces, and mechanical rooms
- Valid driver's licence
- Ability to work independently once trained
- Strong attention to detail
- Customer-service mindset
- Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team
