Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their shopping experience
- Assist customers with product inquiries, demonstrations, and recommendations to enhance their understanding and satisfaction
- Operate the cash register (POS system), handle cash transactions accurately, and process payments efficiently
- Maintain organized merchandise displays through effective merchandising and stock replenishment
- Conduct product demos to highlight features and benefits, encouraging upselling opportunities
- Manage inventory levels, perform stock checks, and assist with receiving shipments
- Uphold store cleanliness,

Skills

- Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment

- Ability to perform product demos confidently while explaining technical features clearly
