Astoria Lighting Co. is looking for an experienced, driven Sales Representative to join our growing team in the Edmonton area.
We specialize in premium permanent exterior lighting and landscape lighting solutions for residential and commercial properties. As one of the original and leading companies in our market, we’ve built a strong reputation for quality, customer experience, and high-end installations.

Compensation
100% Commission-Based Position
Expected Earnings: $80,000 – $150,000+ annually
This role is ideal for someone confident in their ability to sell and build relationships. Your income is directly tied to your performance, with uncapped earning potential.
Qualified leads are provided, but top performers are also proactive in generating referrals, networking opportunities, and self-generated business.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Meet with residential and commercial clients to provide consultations and quotes
- Build trust with homeowners and guide them through the sales process
- Present premium lighting solutions with confidence and professionalism
- Follow up consistently and maintain strong communication throughout the customer journey
- Manage leads, quotes, and customer information within our CRM system
- Work closely with operations and installation teams to ensure an excellent client experience
- Attend home shows, events, and networking opportunities as needed
- Continuously look for opportunities to generate referrals and additional business

- Proven sales experience with a robust track record of closing deals
- Self-motivated and highly accountable
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
- Professional appearance and presentation skills
- Confidence working with higher-ticket sales
- Ability to thrive in a performance-based compensation structure
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Preferred Experience
- In-home sales
- Construction, exterior home services, or home improvement industry experience
- CRM experience
- Commission-based sales environments
