AFA Solutions is a Greater Toronto Area digital marketing agency helping local service businesses grow with modern websites, CRM and automation, social media management, and paid advertising across Meta and Google. We're growing fast, and we're looking for an Account Executive who can turn qualified meetings into signed clients and long-term accounts.

Here's what makes this different from most commission roles: you don't prospect. Our appointment-setting team books qualified, ready-to-buy meetings directly into your calendar. You walk in, present, close, and get paid. Your energy goes entirely into selling and growing your book of business, not chasing cold leads.

What You'll Do

- Attend qualified, pre-booked meetings with local business owners across the GTA
- Deliver confident, in-person presentations of our marketing services
- Close deals on the spot and handle objections with ease
- Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow account value
- Follow up consistently with warm prospects until they sign
- Own and work your pipeline from first meeting to closed deal
- Build lasting relationships that turn one-time clients into long-term retainers

What You'll Earn This is a commission-only role with genuinely uncapped income. There is no ceiling on what you can make. The harder and smarter you work your pipeline, the more you earn. Your income is a direct reflection of your results, so strong closers who upsell and grow their accounts see their earnings climb month after month.

We're building our sales team, and we promote from within. Prove yourself as a closer and there's a clear path to Senior Account Executive, Team Lead, and Sales Manager as we scale. Early team members who help us grow will have first access to leadership roles and expanded earning opportunities. This is a ground-floor opportunity with a fast-moving agency, not a dead-end sales gig.

What We're Looking For

- Proven track record in sales, ideally B2B or service-based
- A natural closer who is comfortable asking for the sale
- Confident, professional, and persuasive in person
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license for client visits across the GTA
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage a pipeline independently
- Experience selling marketing, advertising, or digital services is a strong asset
