- Develop, maintain, and manage strong relationships with business partners.
- Leverage in-depth product knowledge and sales guidance to drive partner activity.
- Regularly update and support partners on Financeit’s program and processes.
- Teach businesses how to use the Financeit suite of tools to position financing options and offer monthly payment plans.
- Design and deliver regular training and coaching sessions for small and medium-sized businesses.
- Ensure new employees of partner merchants are fully trained on the Financeit platform.
- Ensure compliance with approval and risk management requirements.
- Increase volume from existing partners and ensure the successful onboarding of new partners so they generate consistent volume.

Requirements - 3+ years of hands-on experience in direct sales and customer relationship management.

- 1+ years of experience in the home improvement or consumer lending industry (strongly preferred).
- Fluency in both French and English.
- Demonstrated expertise in successfully managing B2B sales and service relationships (an asset).
- Proficiency with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.




- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Must reside in Quebec, Canada.
- Successful completion of background, credit, and other required checks.
