Key Responsibilities:

- Process, organize, and code incoming invoices accurately
- Reconcile tills and assist with maintaining accounts receivables
- Ensure proper filing and organization of financial documents
- Provide reception coverage and handle call overflow
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions
- Support other accounting-related tasks as required
