Duties

- Manage data entry tasks related to accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure timely processing of invoices and payments
- Assist with account reconciliation procedures across various financial accounts using software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or Workday
- Support payroll processing activities utilizing systems like ADP, Ceridian, Kronos, UltiPro, or PeopleSoft to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time
- Maintain organized records of financial transactions, invoices, receipts, and other relevant documentation
- Collaborate with the accounting team to prepare reports for budgeting, account analysis, and financial audits
- Perform routine bookkeeping tasks including ledger updates and verifying account balances for accuracy




- Assist with month-end closing activities by reviewing financial data and preparing necessary documentation for review

Experience

- Previous experience working with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or Workday is highly preferred
- Familiarity with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes is essential
- Knowledge of payroll systems like ADP or Ceridian will be advantageous
- Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail to ensure precise recordkeeping
- Basic understanding of account reconciliation techniques and financial statement preparation
- Experience in a bookkeeping or administrative role within a financial services environment is a plus
- Demonstrated math proficiency and ability to perform accurate account analysis and budgeting tasks
