Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced AEM Lead to lead the development team, own project deliverables, and drive successful sprint execution. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), content delivery, integrations, multi-site implementations, and front-end development.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the AEM team and own project deliverables

- Develop and maintain AEM Components, Templates, Experience Fragments & Content Fragments

- Implement GraphQL Queries & Query Builder for content delivery

- Develop and maintain OSGi Services & Sling Models

- Integrate third-party APIs and services

- Configure Dispatcher rules and CDN settings

- Implement AEM Style Systems and support multi-brand website reskinning





- Work across multiple projects using a common AEM codebase with brand-specific customizations

- Manage Cloud Manager pipelines, permissions & environment configurations

- Analyze Lighthouse & SiteImprove reports to improve performance and accessibility

- Support sprint planning and ensure timely project delivery

Required Skills

- Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

- API Integrations

- Experience with AEM Multi-Site Manager (MSM)

- Knowledge of Imperva or similar WAF/CDN tools

- Familiarity with Headless AEM & React-based applications

- Strong team leadership and delivery ownership
