Duties

- Provide professional skincare treatments including facials, body waxing, and makeup application to meet individual client needs.
- Perform specialized services such as eyelash extensions, nail care, and hair styling to enhance client appearance.
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate guests on skincare routines and retail products to promote sales.
- Deliver outstanding guest services by creating a welcoming atmosphere, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Assist at the front desk with scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and managing retail sales to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly cleaning and sterilizing equipment and treatment areas in compliance with health regulations.




- Upsell additional services or products confidently to enhance client experience and support business growth.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as an Aesthetician or in a similar beauty or wellness role with knowledge of skincare treatments.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and vendors.
- Customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices related to beauty treatments and equipment maintenance.
- Skills in retail sales, upselling, and product demos to promote our offerings effectively.
- Experience performing body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and hair styling is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments and handling guest inquiries professionally.
