About the Role

We are looking for a creative, fashion-focused AI Content Creator and Social Media Coordinator to support a growing portfolio of women’s fashion brands.

This role is ideal for someone who understands fashion, social media and emerging AI tools. You will create AI-generated fashion visuals and videos while also assisting with traditional content creation, social media grids and content scheduling across multiple brands.

The ideal candidate has a strong visual eye, understands how content should be adapted for different brand identities and can turn creative concepts into polished, engaging content. This person should also be comfortable participating in content when needed, including appearing on camera, filming lifestyle content and trying on clothing.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality fashion visuals and short-form videos using AI tools
- Generate and edit realistic AI models, outfits, backgrounds and campaign concepts
- Transform product images into engaging lifestyle and editorial content
- Create Reels, TikToks, Stories, carousels and other social media assets
- Assist with planning and designing cohesive Instagram grids for multiple brands
- Schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Pinterest
- Film and edit traditional fashion and lifestyle content
- Participate in on-camera content and clothing try-ons when appropriate
- Adapt content to the individual identity and audience of each brand
- Research fashion, social media and AI content trends
- Organize content calendars, assets and approvals
- Collaborate with the E-commerce and Social Media Specialist on weekly priorities
- Make revisions based on internal feedback and content performance





What We’re Looking For

- Experience creating AI-generated images and videos
- Experience using AI creative platforms such as Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Adobe Firefly or similar tools
- Strong knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop or comparable editing software
- Previous experience in social media, content creation, fashion, e-commerce or a related field
- Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok trends
- A strong visual eye and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain distinct visual identities across multiple brands
- Comfortable appearing in social media content and trying on clothing when required
- Ability to manage several creative projects and deadlines at once
- Solid communication, organization and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently while following creative direction

Nice to Have

- Experience working with women’s fashion or retail companies
- Photography or videography experience
- Experience creating content for e-commerce businesses
- Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics platforms
- Experience developing campaign concepts, moodboards or shot lists
- An existing portfolio of fashion, lifestyle or AI-generated work
