We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Aluminum Windows & Doors Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the key driver of high-end sales, engaging with clients to showcase our premium aluminum window and door products. Your expertise in outside and inside sales, combined with your strong communication skills, will help us expand our market presence and deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

- Actively pursue new sales opportunities through outside sales efforts, including client visits, industry events, and networking
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of aluminum windows and doors
- Collaborate with clients to understand their renovation or construction projects, providing expert guidance on product selection
- Develop marketing strategies to promote high-end products, including merchandising displays and promotional campaigns
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and account information for effective account management




- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, negotiating terms effectively, and ensuring client satisfaction

Qualifications

- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or high-end product sales within the renovation or construction industry
- Strong knowledge of aluminum windows and doors, with familiarity in renovation projects and construction processes
- Proficiency in basic math for accurate measurements and quotations
- Excellent negotiation skills coupled with effective communication abilities in English; multilingual skills are a plus
- Experience with product demos, upselling techniques, and customer service excellence
- Ability to work independently in outside sales environments while maintaining organizational skills for follow-up activities
- Background in marketing strategies related to merchandising and promotional campaigns is desirable
- Prior experience with cash handling, cashiering, or retail merchandising is advantageous
