The Opportunity

Highspring is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to join a large-scale Digital Delivery organization supporting web, mobile, API, and backend applications.

This role is ideal for a quality professional who goes beyond traditional testing execution and actively influences quality throughout the software development lifecycle. You will work within Agile product teams, collaborating closely with developers, analysts, architects, and delivery leaders to embed quality from the earliest stages of delivery through a strong Shift-Left approach.

We are looking for someone who demonstrates ownership, curiosity, continuous improvement, and the ability to influence teams while driving quality excellence across multiple initiatives.

What You'll Do

- Analyze business and functional requirements and define testing strategies early in the delivery lifecycle.
- Design, execute, and continuously improve manual and automated testing approaches.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test suites.
- Participate in API, web, mobile, backend, security, and performance testing efforts.
- Monitor defects, production incidents, and customer pain points while helping drive timely resolution.




- Create and maintain effective test data and testing environments.
- Collaborate closely with developers and delivery teams using Shift-Left quality practices.
- Contribute quality-focused input during solution design and technical discussions.
- Promote testing standards, quality best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to optimize SDLC and QA processes.
- Maintain source-controlled testing assets using Git.
- Share knowledge and contribute to the evolution of QA practices across delivery teams.

What You Bring to the Table
- 5+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst.
- Proven ability to work in Agile delivery environments.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence teams and challenge the status quo constructively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives simultaneously.
- Passion for quality engineering, innovation, and emerging technologies.
- Curiosity and interest in AI-assisted development and testing practices.
