Role Responsibilities

- Support the stability and reliability of production systems by assisting with fixes, root cause analysis, and resolution validation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve L1/L2 production issues, escalating complex problems when required.
- Monitor applications and alerts, identify anomalies, and support preventive measures.
- Document recurring issues and assist with problem management and root cause analysis.
- Implement minor enhancements and fixes to improve system performance and stability.
- Support change and release activities for smooth and low-risk deployments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and maintain service continuity.
- Maintain and update runbooks, documentation, and knowledge articles.
- Support automation initiatives by identifying repetitive tasks and developing easy scripts or solutions.
- Follow security, governance, and production-support best practices while providing regular updates to senior team members.
